Hiram E.M. Davis’ platform is centered on strengthening the relationship between Colleton County Schools and the community it serves while promoting responsible, transparent, ethical, and student-centered governance.
His experience as an educator, longtime youth advocate, former law enforcement professional, and community leader provides a unique perspective on the needs of students, educators, families, and the broader community. His approach recognizes the proper role of the School Board: to govern, establish policy, provide oversight, set expectations, and hold leadership accountable, while allowing the superintendent and administration to manage the district’s daily operations.
